Cara Provenzano
With over 15 years of practice in a variety of yoga disciplines (Yin, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot, Bikram, Restorative and Kundalini) Cara travels the globe spreading her love of yoga through Peru, Goa, Mumbai, Bali, Egypt, Thailand, New York, New Mexico and Los Angeles, recently completing her first 100 hour mat pilates training.
She received her first 200 hour certification in Ubud, Bali in 2013 and completed her 500 hour Ashtanga certification in 2015 while studying in India.
Cara is humbled and honored to teach what she has learned through her vast studies. Always remaining a student of the practice and super grateful for her yoga journey as a new life path has presented itself to her.
Her approach to teaching is focused on relieving anxiety and learning acceptance with what is, while other lessons may focus on balancing the mind and body.
Although like most of us she can be found running from place to place or trying to do too much in too little time, what makes her happiest is when she is deeply rooted in nature connecting with her soul and mother earth.
The philosophy of her yoga instructions is to bring people into their own beautiful movement capabilities and personal growth. To reveal your own personal practice, using your own proper alignment. Journey towards your authentic inner light and let it expand through strengthening and stretching to the fullest potential, using your breath as your yoga tour guide through every asana.
Her passion to uplift, inspire and nurture radiate in her mindful articulation of this ancient and healthy practice.
